Micro Deburring in Ultra-High Vacuum (UHV) and High Vacuum (HV) Components

Micro-Deburring – where small details make a big difference.

After CNC milling and turning, we ensure those tiny burrs on edges are removed. Why? Because these components are critical in high-vacuum conditions for laser, optical, and semiconductor industries.

We’ve set up a specialized micro-deburring department, equipped with mechanical and manual tools. A digital observation microscope lets us magnify into the micro-details. Pneumatic deburring tools with ceramic stone tips work wonders mechanically. And when it comes to the human touch, we utilized tweezers, scalpers, and ceramic stone rods for the final polish.

In this process of micro-deburring, every detail matter. Join us in perfecting precision, one burr at a time.
