Our production team has done a truly awesome job with this part. The most difficult feature was to machine the ribs with Wire-EDM.
With our Sodick Wire-EDM machine, we were able to produce the rib of 0.05 mm, achieving Ra 0.5 and thickness tolerance of 0.004 mm.
It was a real challenge to figure out how to produce it, but we managed to make it happen!
